SERIAL CODE: 257-0002500 ****NOTE: Nvidia's driver file versions need to match, make sure you use the same video card driver version number as the 3-D stereo drivers version number (example: 61.76 and 61.76 stereo) For Nvidia cards, you will need 2 files installed on your computer. The first one is for your video card. Please double click the 61.76 drivers for win98 or ME if you have that operating system. After the updated video card drivers are installed it's time to install the 3D-61.76 drivers for the 3-D glasses. Just double click that file (3D-61.76.exe) and install it. Restart and you are all setup. Feel free to view the nvidia stereo users guide which is contained in the Users guide folder in this directory. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When the drivers are installed, go to the Display properties through the control panel. Then click on Settings and Advanced. Click the Geforce tab and you will notice a Stereo Properties menu item on the left side. Please click on that and hit Enabled. Then hit Apply at the bottom. You will see a test image. Hit Esc and choose YES when prompted that yes indeed you did see the smaller square. Even if for some reason you didn't, just say yes. OPIONAL SECTION: Next, Go to the Stereo Setup and Test on the left menu and follow these directions: Change your refresh rate to 85, or 100 hz. Then hit the button at the bottom that says "Set rate for all resolutions." After that has been done then go to the top of that window and hit 32 bit. When that button for 32 bit is check go back down to the stereo Refresh rate. Go to 85 or 100hz (either one, you can change it later) and hit Set rate for all resolutions. Then you will be locked in at 85 or 100hz for any resolution your game runs and either bit depth. Then close those windows and go in to the game. Your refresh rate should be improved. You can also go to www.edimensional.com/software_updates.html and download one of the refresh rate programs. We have 3 on there just in case one of them doesn't work, just download another one. It's easy enough. Set the refresh rates on those programs to either 85hz or higher and you should be in good shape. That will give you a clearer picture. When you remove the glasses during a game you should hardly see any flicker at all, or barely any, sometimes even none at all. When the shaking, or flickering has gone down then your refresh rate is optimized. Put your glasses back on and that's it. REGISTRATION CODE: 257-0002500
